Twenty-five youngsters; Twenty-five future bakers with a promising future in our community.

What makes this batch particularly unique is that for the first time, we have a young man from the indigenous community, Triqui, of Oaxaca state joining us.

Furthermore, some of the new students are living nearly two hours away from school, but seeing the ambition and their eagerness to learn during the entrance interview;

we know they are going to be successful. The new batch of students will graduate in 2021 after a full-training program of two years.
