Seven young people who concluded the course at the Bakery School Brazil recently, were invited to participate to the selection process to join the Puratis Placement Program.
As part of the selection the students had some baking jobs to accomplish, a presentation to give and besides an individual interview.
Three of them were chosen to work at the laboratory and quality as apprentice during 14 months:
Bianca Souza (R&D Bakery),
Laila Alckimin (R&D Patisserie) and
Tamyris Krauciunas (Quality).
Many demonstrations of joy were sent such as letter, pictures, messages from parents and lots of hearts.
