Bakery School Canada
A partnerschip with Father Michael Goetz Secondary School

A New Bakery School Opens Its Doors in Mississauga on February 25
We are proud to announce the grand opening of our new Bakery School in Mississauga, Canada, launching on February 25 in collaboration with Father Michael Goetz Catholic Secondary School. This milestone represents more than the start of a new educational program—it is a commitment to opportunity, inclusion, and the future of the baking industry.
Our bakery school will offer a comprehensive two‑year training program designed specifically for underprivileged youth and young people with learning disabilities. Through hands‑on learning and tailored support, students will develop practical skills, confidence, and a strong foundation for a successful career.
The curriculum focuses on three core disciplines:
Bakery
Patisserie
Chocolate work
Under the guidance of experienced instructors and industry professionals, students will master essential techniques and discover the creativity, discipline, and teamwork that define the world of artisan baking.
Most importantly, this initiative ensures students have a pathway beyond the classroom. Graduates who wish to pursue a career in the baking industry will be offered a first job opportunity, giving them a meaningful start in a growing field that values passion and craftsmanship.
Together with Father Michael Goetz Catholic Secondary School, we are building a program that equips young people with skills, purpose, and a future filled with possibility. We look forward to welcoming our first cohort of students and beginning this inspiring journey on February 25.
