Students Vietnam win first prize at international competition

On March 15, 2025 the Bakery School Vietnam participated in a culinary competition organized by the Binh Duong province. The competition focused on a Cuisine Cultural Exchange between Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Despite the tough competition, our students won the 1st prize for Vietnamese cakes including Cassava Baked Cake, Palm Sugar Honeycomb Cake, and Modern cakes inspired on muffins, choux and mochi bread. This experience boosted the self confidence of the students as they had to present their finished products in front of the judges and a large audience. It allowed them to open their mind and to be exposed to a new learning experience including exchanging knowledge, skills, relationship building and communication.
This achievement has put the Bakery School Vietnam on the map and generated increased interest among individuals looking to join the program, forming new generations of future bakers.
