The senior batch students returned to the Bakery School India, after a month long internship to resume their 4th semester. They will now start to learn about international breads, cookies and desserts.
The junior batch students just received training in making and applying various types of fillings, toppings and icings. There was a lot of excitement amongst them as they made a layered cake for the first time with various icing and topping decorations.
