A partnership with the Shiravane Vidyalaya & Jr. College in Mumbai
Bakery School India

Intro
Our first Bakery School opened in August 2014 in Mumbai. The school is located on the premises of the Shiravane Vidyalaya & Jr. College situated in Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
With very few schools offering professional training in the sector, most youngsters just have to learn on the job. This was the prime motivation to set up a school to teach 16- and 17-year-olds the professional skills required to work across all three sectors – bakery, patisserie and chocolate-making.
Due to its success, more and more bakery schools are opening worldwide. The Bakery School in India is the reason hundreds of youngsters are no longer unemployed/unemployable.
Job placement
In 2017, 12 students graduated from our bakery school after being trained during a two-year course in the art of bread making and putting together complex cakes and desserts. All 12 students have already been recruited. Two were selected to work for Puratos India and the others found a job in leading bakeries.
