On Dec 21st, we had a very special moment: Our graduation ceremony of the 5th Bakery School in Brazil. Our 18 students were able to celebrate this great achievement, and they are now professional technicians in Bakery, Patisserie, with a Post-Technician degree as Chocolatiers. It is even more meaningful to have reached this goal under the chaos of a pandemic, trying to focus on their studies in a dramatic world scenario. As many of us, they had to learn to be resilient, and also to attend classes on a virtual set up, using devices and being away from each other. As a result of their perseverance, these young people came out stronger and learned to overcome even more challenges. Before the special moment of graduation, they had to present their course conclusion project on December 16, where they showed incredible creations and recipes, as well as developed a business model for a small business on the field, demonstrating a great professional maturity.

The graduation seals the conquest of these new bakers, pastry chefs and chocolatiers, who, through the technical course held at the Natasha Franco Vieira School and fully subsidized by the Bakery School Brazil, were able to receive their diploma recognized by the Ministry of Education in Brazil, an important accreditation that their professional education will provide more opportunities for the future, opening many doors.

So far, our Bakery School Brazil has graduated 5 batches. A great source of pride to all of us!

By the way,  we have extended registration for our 2022 selection process to be part of the 6th batch: www.escolanatasha.com.br
