Since this was the first Christmas at the Bakery School Philippines, it had to be memorable for our students. So, in true Christmas spirit, we decided to give our students a little Christmas gift. The purpose of this gift was to give our students and their families food to share on Noche Buena.
After all, “Christmas is most truly Christmas when we celebrate it by giving the light of love to those who need it most.”
The Gift-giving was done on December 18th , 2021, at the Consuelo “Chito” Madrigal Foundation Compound in Quezon City. Fortunately, 20 students received their Noche Buena gift bags in time for Christmas.
The Noche Buena Gift bag included:
- Spaghetti Pack
- Corned Beef
- Fruit Cocktail
- Kremdensada
- Cheese
- Pancit Canton
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Fish sauce
- Banana Ketchup
- Instant Coffee
And in case you were wondering, Noche Buena is a Christmas Eve celebration which is usually a time for families and friends to gather, eat, and be merry to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
