On September 23rd, Pauline Naveau, HR Director APMEA visited our Bakery School in South Africa with the local HR team.
They were welcomed by the students of class 2020 with local songs followed by a tour of the Bakery School.
All students and teachers were dressed for Heritage Day (September 24rd) which recognises and celebrates the cultural wealth of South Africa.
The students had prepared a buffet of bakery, patisserie and chocolate products.
Some of the students presented their realisation and explained which Puratos products were used in each of their creations.
You could feel the passion the students have for the bakery school and how happy they are about the opportunity given to them.
They finished the visit with local songs and dances.
