The Bakery School Foundation is determined to give young people the skills they need to work in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate industry.

Admission to the Bakery Schools is primarily based on the student’s motivation and commitment. But parents are also involved in the selection process as it is critical that they are fully aware of the program. They will have a key role to play in guaranteeing the student’s regular attendance and will have to ensure homework and study is done properly to fully benefit from the Bakery School’s training. On the 3rd of February, our latest candidates for the Bakery School in Brazil were invited for a math exam and to test their Portuguese and written communication skills. On the 6th and 7th of February, a dynamic activity and some team working activities allowed us to identify their interest and assess their motivation. The students that pass this test, will be allowed to start their training on the 17th of February.

We are looking forward to welcoming our new student for a new school year and to share our passion for bakery, patisserie, and chocolate with them.
